This episode was actually a late addition to the story. I originally thought the tale was complete, but something felt missing, so I decided to bolt on one last installment. As it turns out, it's quickly become my favourite panel of the whole run.
Eagle-eyed film fans might also recognise that the final frame pays a distinct homage to Mena Suvari's iconic rose petal scene in American Beauty (1999)—except swapping out delicate red petals for a sea of Welsh potato crisps!
